Ordering Scenarios

An overview of the scenarios that the Pepper technology enables

Here are the ordering scenarios that are enabled by a Pepper powered App:

Pre-Order​

The Pre-Order User Scenario allows for a merchant's customers to choose products that they would like to order for collection from a Menu in any App and then place the Order for fulfilment and collection at the chosen location.

Order-To-Table​

As per Pre-Order, but the order is placed from and delivered to a table at the chosen location.

Order Ahead​

As per Pre-Order, but the customer can view available collection timeslots and then schedule for collection at that time.

Pay-at-Table​

The Pay-at-Table User Scenario allows for a merchant's customers to retrieve and pay for their bill at their table via the App.

Multipart Order / TAB​

The user can open an Order, add items for delivery to the table in multiple rounds, and then pay for the entire order via the App.

Pay-at-POS​

The Pay-at-PoS User Scenario allows for a merchant's customers to check-in to a store using the Pepper App and then pay for products and services at the PoS using their app payment method.

They are also able to automatically earn and burn loyalty points when they make purchases at the PoS, regardless of whether they choose to pay with their app balance or not.
